About Policy Mitra AIOS
Policy Mitra AIOS is the AI Operating System for insurance advisors. It is not another CRM: it helps an advisor manage the entire customer relationship, from family protection to renewals to the next business opportunity.
Why it exists
Most families hold several policies bought at different times from different people. The papers sit in different places, and a renewal is often remembered only when a reminder call comes, if it comes.
Advisors face the other side of the same problem. Customer details live in notebooks, spreadsheets and chat threads, and a missed renewal means a customer without cover and lost business.
Policy Mitra puts the policy record in the middle. The customer sees it in their portal, the advisor sees it in their renewal queue, and the broker sees it in their network totals. When one of them updates it, the others see the change.
How the platform is organised
Customers
Record policies, track renewals and claims, store documents and request new insurance.
Advisors and agents
Service those customers: profiles, policies, renewals, leads, requests, tasks and commission.
Brokers and teams
Oversee advisors and branches: performance, network renewals and claims, approvals and reports.
Administration
Manage users, products, notifications, settings and the audit log for the whole platform.
What Policy Mitra is
- Software for keeping insurance records: customers, family members, policies, renewals, claims and documents.
- A way for customers to describe the cover they need and reach a licensed advisor.
- A workspace for advisors to manage daily follow-ups, leads, requests and commission.
- A reporting and oversight layer for brokers with more than one advisor.
What it is not
- Not an insurer. Policy Mitra does not issue, price or underwrite policies and does not decide claims.
- No live quotes or price comparison. There are no insurer price feeds. You request assistance and an advisor shares options.
- No automated messaging yet. Reminders are in-app. SMS, email and WhatsApp sending are planned.
- Not yet a production service on the web. The web application on this site is a demo workspace that stores sample data in your browser.
